bippy's milestones and roadmap

LaunchX, the summer entrepreneurship program where Bippy started, has been immensely helpful for Bippy’s progression. We are extremely thankful for the support and guidance that the LaunchX staff & mentors have provided us with––both during the program and following the program’s conclusion.
Until the end of 2018 and through the first 6 months of 2019, we are hoping to stay on track to meet the milestones we have created for our team. In the month of November, we are hoping to test our first finalized prototype with the children with ADHD we were able to reach in our primary market research. Based on the outcome of this first cycle of testing, we plan on refining our prototype and developing three prototypes of the second, adjusted rendition. Moreover, we plan to focus on marketing our product and gaining more interest from prospective customers through consistently posting on our Instagram page, reaching out to online ADHD blogs, and potentially initiating our Kickstart campaign.
For the month of December, we would like to continue the cyclical process of testing and iterating/making adjustments for our prototype. After the third round of this process, we plan on shifting our attention primarily to sales and marketing to expand the interest for our product before it is released to the market. In the early part of 2019, we hope to work with manufacturers to develop more final renditions of our product, and of course, start selling it, initially, through our website.
